Daniele Armantrout, LMFT

Daniele provides therapy for couples, families, and individuals, ages 12 and older.

Building off of a lifelong passion for helping others, Daniele was naturally drawn to the field of therapy. Through her work and life experience, Daniele has seen the impact of being a safe person to hold space for others and support them through times of difficulty and growth.

Daniele works with clients struggling with addiction, trauma, relationship and communication issues, anxiety, and life transitions. Daniele believes that all behavior makes sense in context and strives to maintain a client-centered, non-judgmental space for clients that allows room for exploration of contextual patterns that may be creating stress. While change is also stressful, Daniele works from a strengths-based perspective and holds the principle that people are oriented towards growth and healing, and she enjoys having the honor to collaborate with clients on their journey to achieve their goals.

Daniele holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Oregon State University and a Master of Science in Couples and Family Therapy from the University of Oregon, which is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Marriage and Family Therapy Education (COAMFTE) of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT). Daniele’s therapeutic approach is systematically based in an integration of Emotion Focused Therapy, Satir’s Growth model, and Internal Family Systems. She works with clients to create a deeper understanding of themselves and the systems they are navigating while facilitating growth towards congruence. Daniele enjoys working with partners, families, and individual adults, and adolescents.

In her free time, Daniele enjoys spending time outside and connecting with family and friends.
